Give It Your Max is delighted to announce that Jonathan Cooper has joined us in the role of Trustee. Jonathan will fill the accountancy role previously held by Howard Rudebeck who has stepped down. Howard gave several years of commitment to GIYM with his time and expertise and we would like to thank Howard for all of his hard work over the years. We welcome Jonathan to the team and look forward to working with him.
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with BDO in 2004. Whilst at BDO, he focused on Corporate Finance transactions. In April 2017, he joined International Schools Partnership (ISP) which is a leading schools group with over 40 schools around the world, teaching over 40,000 students. At ISP, Jonathan is Head of Group M&A, and has helped the group expand through acquisitions of schools.
Jonathan is a dedicated tennis player, having first picked up a racquet when he was 10 years old. He grew up in Bristol where he represented County and Region for tennis, and at the University of Exeter, he was Men’s Captain. Since leaving university, Jonathan has been very involved with the Public School Old Boys’ LTA where he is currently the Hon. Secretary. Wanting to give back to the tennis community, Jonathan has, for many years, volunteered in the running of his local club, Epsom LTC.
Jonathan is honoured to join GIYM as a Trustee and is keen to become involved in both the Financial and Social aspects of this admirable charity.
